Francisco’s Before and After Pics
They say a picture is worth a thousand words…
I think a video is worth a lot more than a picture! WAY TO GO FRANCISCO!
Slim and Slam Cards
Great resources from Danny - click on the image to download it. I would recommend using VistaPrint and put this on the front and your contact information on the back in black and white. They have some pretty good deals, but make sure when you check out that you decline all their offers.

Spark and ADHD
The Center for Family Medicine published a research article about the comparison of the neuropsychological effects of Methylphenidate and Spark on children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.
Methylphenidate is the most commonly prescribed psychostimulant and is indicated in the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and narcolepsy. In North America it is most commonly known as the brand name Ritalin.
The research article can be read here.
Good quotes to put up on your walls!
I typed out a bunch of quotes from all the notes I’ve taken since September. I thought ya’ll would enjoy them so you can post them up on your office walls and such.

I used google documents and published it so you all can print it and use it. There’s a lot! Have fun!
(I tried to make sure I typed it all correctly and spelled everything right. Forgive me in advance if I mistyped. If you need me to make changes just let me know and I will!)
Transitions!
Okay, so I thought I’d add a post where we could all chime in and I could also get some help!
I enjoy talking to people. I enjoy meeting new people and it’s really not too difficult for me to start up a conversation in general. My problem lies with transitions between a small talk conversation to a conversation involving Advocare. I rarely talk to people who ask me about my shirt or my water bottle or my bag covered in Advocare pictures! And I really don’t think starting the conversation with “so you have a few pounds to shed…I can help you with that” is the best idea. I am wondering how you guys transition from small talk to Advocare. OR how about just starting the conversation off with Advocare.
I know I want to be bold when I speak about Advocare and I also understand that it means practicing and just continuing to do it until it feels comfortable. So let me know! And we’ll start up a great conversation and hopefully learn a few things!

Please comment with ideas and suggestions. In a couple of days, i’ll pull down this post and replace it with the final presentation.
Here is the presentation and the order form:
